For retail orders we have built in your shipping order fees in to the price of the item purchased to save you the hassle. On the premise of a return or exchange, we will take on any shipping fees incured due to our error, if the customer is at fault and needs to return the item, the customer will pay for shipping at that time.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail or in person. We're sorry things didn't work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unworn and unwashed clothing.
