WHY DON'T WE CHARGE SHIPPING WHEN OTHER COMPANIES DO?

The reality is that you pay freight somewhere in your order whether it is a separate charge or built into a product price. For retail orders we have built in your shipping order fees in to the price of the item purchased to save you the hassle. On the premise of a return or exchange, we will take on any shipping fees incured due to our error, if the customer is at fault and needs to return the item, the customer will pay for shipping at that time.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail or in person. We're sorry things didn't work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unworn and unwashed clothing. As long as the product is in it's original condition within 30 days of your order date accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid we will accept it. Unfortuately if the item has been worn or used we will be able to accept the return. Thank you for your undertsanding and we apologize for any inconveniences.
